Greetings fellow Avatar Wikians. I have just come back from inactivity and wanted to waste no time in getting this fanon trivia event started. With the fanon awards right around the corner, hopefully this blog will help people get in the spirit for that. I've already spoken to people on the fanon side of the wiki and I know there are a lot of newer fanons on this wiki that have not gotten all the exposure their authors want yet. In organizing this event, I hope it will be a fun activity for all who participate and I want to give some extra incentive for reading others' work as well as your own.
So, here's the plan. I'll post the questions in comments. You post your answers in replies. I'll confirm it and add a point to your score. Five questions will be active at a time. The competition will run for about a week and then the winner will be given a userbox to put on their userpage.
Rules:
- Only users with accounts can participate.
- Be civil and courteous to your fellow users at all times on this post.
- Answers to questions should be posted as reply to the comments of the questions they answer. Answers that do not follow this format will not be taken into consideration - unless it is due to a common glitch that seems to be occurring.
- If a question remains active after 20 questions have been answered, it will be marked in bold print and be worth three points. Otherwise all questions will be one point for a correct answer and one point taken away for an incorrect answer.
- No answering questions about your own fanon. This means a fanon you write. You can still answer questions of a fanon you edit.
- And no sockpuppets to get around this. Doing so will result in immediate disqualification.
