  • As you may or may not have heard, LEGO made Avatar: The Last Airbender sets that were based on book one, but the line was very short lived. I have started a project on LEGO CUUSOO (a site where you can suggest ideas for projects, and if it gets enough support, it gets made) for Legend of Korra sets. You can follow the link below and press the "Support" button on the page to help make Legend of Korra sets a reality. You can find a list of possible sets based off of the information we have on the project page. Link: http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/13835

    • I wonder why nobody liked the LEGO Avatar: The Last Airbender sets...

I would've bought 'em had I known about them.

    • So may things I wish I rememberd from my chiildhood, including this.

    • I always wanted a LEGO collection from The Legend of Korra.

    • The LEGO Avatar sets were more set pieces than anything else. The lure and draw of the Avatar Universe was always in bending. The visually stunning martial arts movement that the series are known for is pretty much impossible to translate to a playable minig format. I remember first seeing LEGO Aang on his glider, and I couldn't get over how awkward it looked when compared to the show. That said, I won't disagree that it would be cool to see a LEGO Mecha Tank or Airship.

    • Have you ever seen commercials on television about The LEGO Avatar sets since I don't remember it very well.

I only ever saw advertisements for them in the LEGO magazine when I was a kid. They were released around the same time as Book 3: Fire's original airing, so it was a LONG time ago. Only one wave was ever made. There were only 2 big set's the Souther Air Temple and Zuko's battleship which was the flagship set (no pun intended). There were a couple minisets a Fire Nation catapult and Sokka's canoe (I think).

Well, if you ever need to brush up on your knowledge, take a gander at this right here.

    • I would like to know if they are still selling The LEGO Avatar sets in some online stores.

    • Unfortunately, they are not. There were only two sets from A:TLA, Zuko’s ship and the The Southern Air Temple. One of which can now be found on Amazon for nearly six hundred pounds, and the other for 1,400 pounds (those prices were in pound sterling, not US dollar). They are pretty much the only first hand sets you can get, apart from that, you may find them second hand in some corners of the internet.

    • The offer on Amazon sounds very interesting but I will also look for it in some corners of the Internet.
