Episode[]
Anyone else here think that this episode sucked? Scott 06:32, 18 July 2008 (UTC)
- I don't think it sucked. I actually thought it was very dramatic and the ending was kind of sad. --Riko 02:50, 19 July 2008 (UTC)
Someone fix Azula's "lightning bending"[]
Azula did not lightning bend herself to the wall, she rocket-firebended.
She had no time to charge up for the lightning to shoot out and no proper stance either. Plus, we've seen rocket blast before.
But her rocket-firebend thing was blue, wouldn't that make it lightning.
Azula's Firebnding has been blue except when she was shown as a child in Zuko Alone. It was Jet Propulsion(rocket-firebending). Zero - Talk 03:46, 26 August 2008 (UTC)
o-o[]
I can't be the only one to think this but did the episode make very little sense ?
The pacing was like majorly fast and the whole starting scene made very little sense. The animation was not good either. It was very disappointing to me.
It does not give me high hopes for the finale.
Also. Katarra must have hit puberty recently and her hormones must have kicked into overtime in this episode.
Just a Request[]
Can someone please open this article back up to public editing? The Synopsis needs to be expanded a little and i would like to be one of the ones to do so... --BHynes10
If unregistered contributors start blanking and adding pointless shipping information again, I'll protect the page again, the synopsis is done now. Omnibender 23:45, 19 July 2008 (UTC)
Thank Youuuuuu! --BHynes10
Eyes[]
This is what Happened in The Boy in the Iceberg:
- Aang: So... do you guys live around here.
- Sokka: (Points spear at Aang) Do'nt Answer that. Did you see that crazy bolt of light. He was probably trying to signal the Fire Navy.
- Katara: (pushes away spear from Aang and remarks sarcastically) Oh yeah. I'm sure he's a spy for the Fire Navy. You can tell by the Evil look in his eye.
- Aang: (Grins)
See. Zero - Talk 17:46, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
- But are we sure that's a reference to the guy who killed her mom and not just a joke? Puragus - Talk 21:14, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
- I'm leaning towards that too. Omnibender 23:44, 22 August 2008 (UTC)
Maybe it was both. You have to admit it is a hell of a coincidence. Maybe it was'nt planned that way. But it happened that way. You could say it was destiny. So you could go for both Joke and Reference. Just as Zuko's Dream and his decisions in real life have a lot in common. Zero - Talk 05:47, 23 August 2008 (UTC)
What are you guys talking about? What I just read made no sense. Alex101313 00:39, 16 October 2008 (UTC)
Way to restart a long dead conversation, Alex. We were talking about Katara sarcastically commenting on the evil look in Aang's eyes when Sokka accused him of signalling the Fire Navy with the crazy bolt of light that was released upon the cracking of the Iceberg where Aang had been trapped. (Way back in the First Episode of the First Season: The Boy in The Iceberg) We were talking about whether it was an intended or unintended or coincidential reference to Yon Rha's eyes. (Katara had remembered the look in his eyes for all those years). Anyway, dont restart long dead conversations okay? It helps a lot around here. Thanks Zero - Talk 09:02, 16 October 2008 (UTC)
Oh yea I probably should have read the last post date before I commented. Sorry! =) Alex101313 20:36, 16 October 2008 (UTC)
Zuko saving Katara . . .[]
I'm not a shipper, but I just noticed something in a stillframe of when Zuko threw himself on top of Katara to protect her from the rocks . . . his hand was very near her chest. Sorry for being . . . odd, I suppose. But am I the only one who noticed? Or maybe my mind is in the gutter! :D lol!Kyoshi's Fan (talk • contribs) 01:04, May 16, 2010 (UTC)
