Name[]
Shouldn't this page be called The Red Lotus, or Red Lotus? It was confirmed, or exposed by korraspirit, or is that not official? Zane T 69 (wall • contribs) 23:35, July 14, 2014 (UTC)
- I personally don't think an embed code is the same as official confirmation. If and when that name is used in canon, it will be easy enough to rename the page.

With the latest episode confirming that Zaheer and his cohorts are part of something wider than a gang, with sleeping agents like Aiwei, maybe "Zaheer's organization" or "Zaheer's conspiracy" is a more appropriate title than "Zaheer's gang" ??

- I think it would be better to wait until we get more information on how the wider group works before making judgements on how it should be named. - This is not about what we would prefer the group to be named, this is about what the group was named in canon sources. In this case, the name is "Red Lotus" and we should stick with that. Lady Lostris /

- Not quite. Their official name is The Order of the White Lotus. So far, the Red Lotus has only been referred to as the "Red Lotus". Lucid☆Star 22:35, August 21, 2014 (UTC)

Their agenda reminds me of the ideology of anarchists and maybe the Red Scare.
First the belief that harmful or incompetent forms of government should be eliminated (actually they all want to eliminate all forms of government).
Even thought the original white lotus was about unity of the world like the UN (It even included head of states).
Remember the scene with Iroh removing the dividing lines between nations to show Lightning redirection (and similarities to water bending)? That could be how Gazan bends lava
Think of Fight Club's Project Mayhem and V for Vendata and maybe the guy fawks mask that Anonymous keeps wearing.

Icon image?[]
