Storm Over Linsho is a pre-made campaign for Avatar Legends: The Roleplaying Game featured in the alternate version of the Quickstart released in June 2024. The adventure is set during the Aang Era and involves a group of adventurers helping the fishing town of Linsho adjust to the effects of the Harmony Restoration Movement. This scenario is destined for city-oriented groups of heroes and is suitable for a variety of play styles.[1]

Overview[]

The heroes are sent to the Earth Kingdom town of Linsho to apprehend an arsonist who is rumored to be hiding out somewhere in the village. Normally such a problem would be left to the local authorities, but the arsonist has already escaped capture in neighboring villages after burning down several warehouses and docks! The companions arrive in Linsho — a former Fire Nation colony—just ahead of a dangerous storm, but the weather is only the start of their problems! They must find the arsonist before the storm gives the criminal a chance to escape, all while navigating a fishing town still embroiled in the aftereffects of the Harmony Restoration Movement. Can the heroes find a way to mend old wounds and capture the dangerous arsonist before he strikes again?[1]

Adventure hook[]

The companions start the game with a shared backstory that ties into the troubles in Linsho. The group met while quelling a riot in the town of Machi when the Harmony Restoration Movement fell apart. They've been given special dispensation by the region's governor to help other towns like Machi adjust to the fallout from colonization. Currently, they're hunting an arsonist who's been burning down fisheries. Their most recent intel has led them to Linsho to find the arsonist.[1]
