The spa was the scene where Zuko confronted his sister about the war meeting, asking why she was invited and he was not. He found her receiving a royal hair combing for which Azula informed him he would have to wait should he have come for such purposes.[2]
Description
Located in the Fire Nation Royal Palace, the royal spa is one of the many rooms inside the Royal Palace. The spa is a fairly large room adorned with many decorative objects. It has a tiny ornamental tree in the corner, and two golden dragons covering a wall. At the end of the room, there is a small pool of water where people from the royal family get their hair combed, and in front of the pool is the chair they would sit on. Water flows into the pool out of a small dragon sculpture. Beauty supplies, such as combs, nail files, and makeup are also located on a small table next to the pool. There are three steps leading up to the room. Sunlight can be seen streaming through what is presumably an open space in the ceiling.

- Azula was the only person seen using the spa.
