Bureaucrats now have the ability to grant bot flags. A bot flag was granted to KettleMeetBot.
Please do not edit this discussion.

Per a suggestion from 888, I think that my newly minted bot User:KettleMeetBot would benefit quite a lot from a bot flag. I'll be planning to use this mainly for maintenance in the category, image, and fanon namespaces, all of which will involve a huge number of tedious edits, which could (and should) be made to not appear on the RC page.

This will require input from the community for the bot to be given the flag, so let me know what you all think. KettleMeetPot • wall 05:03, November 9, 2012 (UTC)

I got no problems with this at all. On that note, I want to ask Wikia to grant bureaucrats here the ability to flag bots. I think that makes things much easier in future. Hope everyone would be okay with that. The 888th Avatar (talk) 11:56, November 9, 2012 (UTC)
