Zahra was born in 150 AG to Bumi and Honora in the Si Wong Desert. Zahra moved to the town of Gu Tong when she was a year old. She was born a Non-Bender. Following Harmonic Convergence, she became a Airbender, though she kept this information only to herself and husband.
She traveled with her mother, father, Team Avatar, Iroh, Kya, Tenzin and Jinora to retrieve the missing scroll from Wan Shi Tong's Library in 177 AG, where she found out the truth about Bumi being her father.
History[]

Zahra was born in the Si Wong Desert to Bumi and Honora, in the Hami Tribe. Her father didn’t know she even existed, as Honora had left to live in the Si Wong Desert. Honora decided that she wouldn’t tell anyone who the father was. When Zahra was 2 years old, the tribe moved to a small town called Gu Tong in the heart of the Desert. Zahra was a non-bender, though could fight and hold her ground.
As she grew, she kept on asking who her father was, to which her mother would reply some random man. Though Honora was a Princess of the Fire Nation, the two and the tribe as a whole were very poor. She and the local kids would go to the Misty Palms Oasis on Antelope Camel Rabbit and steal from local stores. She later came out as Bisexual; something which her mother was extremely happy for. Since they lived in the Earth Kingdom, she didn’t tell a single soul. Following Harmonic Convergence, Zahra gained Air Bending abilities, though kept this to herself, as not to draw attention.
In 172, she married Pamir, a individual from the tribe. The two welcomed a pair of twins, Junyi and Heng, in 174 AG. In 175 AG, Pamir and a few other members from the tribe left to go into the Desert to collect more resources, they never came back.
In 177 AG, Team Avatar alongside others came to find Honora, to help them locate the missing scroll. Zahra tagged along, leaving her twins with her friends. Zahra grew close to all of them, especially her dad. When the truth came out that Bumi was Zahra’s father, she was anger that her mother didn’t tell her. When her mother was dying, she apologised and told her she loved her. Zahra decided to stay in Gu Tong rather than go to Republic City.
Zahra became the President of Gu Tong.
Personality[]
Zahra was a ruff and rebellious. She could hold grudges and had trust issues. Zahra was also very smart when it came to navigating in the desert. She was educated by her mother, and was smart in politics.
Abilities[]
Air Bending[]
Following Harmonic Convergence, Zahra gained the ability to Air Bend. She didn’t make use of this skill however. She and her father are the only people to both gain Airbending during Harmonic Convergence.
