Xiannu Gou is a spirit of gluttony. It is a minor character that appears in Chapter 6: The Shipment.
History[]
The Xiannu Gou was considered a myth to the Wei family until Chanzui encountered the beast and wrestled with it. His wife discovered him in fight with the beast. Since they knew the monster was after either Chanzui or his wife, he told her to run and protect his baby. Pan Wei ran into a shed and barricaded herself until morning, she investigated the kitchen to find no sign of the beast or her husband. The Xiannu Gou's origins are unknown, but it serves as a folk tale to get people to watch their weight. It is said to be a shaggy green furred ox hound the size of a cow hippo. The monster goes after the gluttonous and sometimes even pregnant women; it is known to confuse these women as obese people.
Abilities[]
The Xiannu Gou is said to use its jaws to eat pregnant women as it mistakes them for gluttons, it also eats the morbidly obese.
