Avatar Timihn was the Air Republic born Avatar succeeding a previous Fire Nation born Avatar and preceding an Earth Kingdom born Avatar. Timihn was raised under the more violent culture of the Air Republic, and after leaving the Republic, she set a path to master the elements, the Avatar State, and any unorthodox arts she could find.
History[]
Timihn was born centuries after the founding of the Air Republic. From an early age her airbending abilities were noticed, and her father had her set to join the Order of Wan when she came of age. Timihn was told however of her identity as the new Avatar by Sangmo, a member of the Order of the White Lotus. There were celebrations around the Air Republic, as Timihn was the first non-Air Nomad Airbender Avatar. Timihn was told she could no longer train to be in the Order of Wan as she was now the Avatar.
Timihn still trained under Sangmo until she mastered Airbending. It was then decided that she begin her water bending training in Haiqo, instead of the Northern and Southern Water Tribes. Upon hearing this, the four Air Temples each sent a representative, arguing that the Avatar should be trained at a Water Tribe. Sangmo argued that the Air Nomads were trying to control Timihn's training to better suit their peaceful way of life, instead of what was best to train the Avatar, and also arguing that the Nomad's had become overly bitter that it was now the Air Republic's turn to train an Avatar.
Timihn trained for a handful of years on Haiqo, mastering waterbending under Anaaq. It was around this time that Timihn began her own group of friends to travel with her on her training, despite already being aided by the White Lotus. She invited her friends, Qimma, an airbender and Aippaq, a waterbender, to go with her to Republic City once she mastered waterbending. After doing so, they headed for Republic City. Unbeknownst to the White Lotus however, Timihn, Qimma and Aippaq had all sneaked out, leaving Haiqo on a Flying bison.
After reaching Republic City, she tracked down the Order of Wan group stationed there, and met their earthbender, Qi Qui. For the next few years, Timihn trained under Qi Qui in earthbending, hiding from the Republic City Police and the White Lotus. During this time, several world officials claimed that Timihn had died. Like the Avatars Ujuan, Yangchen and Aang, Timihn found Earthbending difficult, and at one point, it enraged her enough to trigger the Avatar State. Timihn was aided by Qui Qui and escaped Republic City. Qi Qui told Timihn about the city of [[Fanon:Laobao]|Laobao]]]in the Si Wong Desert. Qi Qui promised to continue teaching Timihn Earthbending. Once there, she would quickly take interest in learning the cities notorious art of Glassbending, and quickly found a teacher, Lon Zhin.
Personality[]
In general, Timihn was impulsive. From growing up in the Air Republic instead of one of the Air Nomad Temples, she wasn't a pacifist and used her air bending more offensively than for defence.
