Plot[]
When her parents, Fire Lord Zafar and Fire Lady Azmira are killed while on a trip to the Southern Air Temple, the new Fire Lord, Razina, must take the helm of her country and the world's balance. Her status as the Avatar, which was hidden by the White Lotus because of her royal background is now brought to light. Razina and her brother Azim must prevent an all out war between the Fire Nation and a sect of the Air Nomads, the Wind Masters who preach violence and intimidation and demand reparations for the Hundred Year War and the actions of Razina's great-great-great-grandfather Ozai.
An imminent threat from the Wind Masters looms as Razina and Azim travel to the Northern Water Tribe to meet with their Chief, a strong powerful waterbender named Kassuq, who Razina falls in love with. Accompanying them on this journey are Zigsa and Senge, members of the Air Nation who serve as viziers to the Fire Lord and have a mysterious connection with the Wind Masters.
The Wind Masters' plan to dethrone the Fire Lord and kill the Avatar are accelerated when they join forces with the Red Lotus, infamous for their showdown with Avatar Korra. Their new leader, a deadly firebender and Fire Nation General, Voccor seeks to become the Fire Lord himself and has a mysterious claim to the throne. Razina, Kassuq, and the gang encounter these shadowy figures and escape to Republic City where they meet Jaya, a earthbending master and vigilante who joins them on their quest.
Along the way, the gang encounters the Wind Masters and their powerful allies and are tracked by the Air Assassin, Ambar, who killed the Fire Lord and Lady and has a malicious spiritual connection that will shock the world. Meanwhile, a third party lurks in the shadows wherever Team Avatar is.
Characters[]
Razina: Descended from Fire Lord Zuko and the next Avatar, Razina is the most powerful 17 year old girl in the world. However, only her parents and family know her true identity as the Avatar. When her parents, Fire Lord Zafar and Fire Lady Azmira are killed while on a trip to the fully developed Air Nation, Razina is thrust into a position of power and responsibility as a Fire Lord and Avatar.
Azim: Razina's younger brother, a skilled firebender and extremely loyal to his sister
Kassuq: Razina's boyfriend from the Northern Water Tribe. Destined to marry Razina in order to fulfill an age old prophecy about the Fire Nation and Water Tribes. A powerful water and bloodbender, although the latter is saved for special occasions (and sex)
Jaya: Earth bending master from Republic City who has a crush on Azim. Is secretly a vigilante who fights gangs but stops to join Team Avatar as they search for the Air Assassin.
Zigsa and Senge: Senge is an airbender who did not agree with the teachings of the Air Nomads and left while Zigsa is a nonbender. These sisters are viziers to Razina because of the Fire Nation's growing partnership with the Air Nation.
Ambar: The Air Assassin. A master bender who has been tasked by a shadowy organization to find and kill the Avatar to wipe out the Avatar lineage. Is extremely spiritual and legend says that a spirit once gave her the ability to bend any two elements at once, a skill no one has ever had.
Talia: A mysterious and shadowy figure that lurks in the background wherever Team Avatar is. No one knows her motivations and if she is a bender.
Voccor: A Fire Nation General who was once the second most powerful and trusted man in the Fire Nation. After falling out with his close friend Fire Lord Zafar, he vows to take the throne and fulfill a secret promise.
