| "These are my children, you WITCH!" |
| — Pang corrects Avatar Anana, when Anana tells her she can't be too attached to her dolls in Chapter 10: The Forbidden Art. |
Pang is a minor character in the fanon, Avatar: The Legacy of Rong Yan. She is Avatar Anana's friend and Cuzhuang's cousin.
History[]
Not much is known of Pang other than at the time she met Anana she was an unwed and childless twenty-five-years-old and suffered from agalmatophilia. Often scaring men away from her addiction to dolls, becoming an avid doll collector over time.
Cuzhuang sent Pang a letter to allow his friend to stay with Pang while his friend fought with the resistance against Yao and Shahuang. While she disagreed with someone who wants to fight the King politically she was convinced when she thought of the citizens who suffered in the Lower Ring. When she met Anana she wasn't unaware that Anana was the Avatar until Anana mentioned Pang's cousin Cuzhuang was her earthbending master. Which it reached her ears and she collapsed to the ground kowtowing Anana apologizing to her for her terrible manners.
She works a tea house in the western Lower Ring where she got Anana a job to help pay the rent. Where Anana met Rari, who was there to recruit her to join the Resistance against Yao and Shahuang.
A year later, after Wang was crowned the new Earth King Pang said her goodbyes to Anana and even bought and gifted her a gopher bear doll to remember Pang by. One that she named Atiqtaalaq and was given to Nanuq as a baby, who eventually passed it down to his granddaughter.
Reunion[]
When Tuuluuwaq fled the South Pole, Anana used spiritual projection to call her masters to meet her in Pang's apartment. Where they met up and strategized the plan for when they confront Tuuluuwaq and his cultists.
Anana told Pang that Atiqtaalaq was given to her animal companion Amarok, a dire wolf. Which she lied and claimed Amarok tore up the doll, which caused Pang to have a meltdown after the loss of the gift. Calling her a witch among a few insults before Anana told her it was a joke and she gave it to her son.
Later Life[]
Pang lived to be sixty-one-years-old and expanded her doll collection even further. She died of a heart attack while working at the tea house, leaving behind her collection of dolls and two pygmy pumas she owned. Her dolls were donated orphanages in the Lower and Middle Rings, making other children extremely happy.

Pang was born a non-bender and it is known whether she knew how to fight or not. But she is knowledgeable in making good tea having worked and retired from the same tea shop she's worked at for over forty-five years.
