Nami was born in 197 AG to Mako and his girlfriend, Sessi. Her father was already married to the Fire Lord and had a son with her. She became a mechanic for Satomobile’s later on in 219 AG.

Nami was born in 197 AG to Cheif of Police Mako and his girlfriend, Sessi. Mako was already married to Fire Lord Izura, and with her had a already 6 year old son named Kazou. Mako had been away from his family for some time, and had grown close to Sessi. When Sessi gave birth, Mako and Sessi agreed that it would be best for her to raise their daughter on Kyoshi Island and claim that the father was someone else.
Nami grew up not knowing about her father. She asked her mother on multiple occasions who he was, but she never told him. When she was 15, her mother finally told her, in a hope to see if she would join the Kyoshi Warriors. Nami decided not to join however, instead passing the position over to someone else. She moved to Republic City to became a mechanic for Satomobiles. When Mako saw his daughter, he apologised to her.
In 220 AG, she went to the Fire Nation to meet her step mother and half brother. She was welcomed by them, and loved by her step family.
Personality[]
Nami is a smart lady who knows how to play her cards well. She likes to play Pai Sho as it’s relaxing and calming. She also is kind and sweet, though can be stubborn to new people.

Earth Bending[]
Nami was a very skilled Earth Bender. Growing up, she was taught about it though never fully realised her power.
Metal Bending[]
Nami learnt Metal Bending from others when she moved to the United Republic. She uses this more than Earth Bending as it helps with her job.
