Makato is Pakku's father and a revered commander in the Northern Tribe's Navy.
History[]
Makato trained to be a warrior since he was a small child. His will and determination quickly shot him up the ranks until he was one of the Admiral's commanding officers. He was one of the select few in charge of the patrols that guard the city from the Fire Nation. He was respected by all in the Water Tribe Military.
Death[]
When Pakku was twenty-five, Makato died soon after he was mauled by a wild Polar Bear Dog. His wife looked after Pakku until her death eleven years later.
