Chapter Sixty-Two: Magic[]
The door opens.
He closes his eyes.
He strums.
He—
He sings.
You just have to step into the room
And life's like a fairy tale

His fingers pluck the strings, bringing from them life.

The last line is muffled beyond comprehension.

He repeats the chorus, again muffling the final line.

Penguin lives an almost fulfilled wish
But it can't fly; must something give?
His voice rises and falls.
Take a fish out of water, and

But I don't care; the lines are blurred

Being with you is a dream come true
I'll flip my whole life upside down
He finds that he is shaking, and yet he still cannot say the last line of the chorus.
