Lucy is a female Diclonius who traveled to Altonia from her own franchise with Nyuu to escape their evil leader. Unlike Nyuu, she represents the more scary side of the Diclonius race, not showing much emotion, if at all.
Lucy first appears when Kyoushiro and Mel went to try to rescue Raven. Lucy kept trying different attempts to scare them out yet all didn't work. When she finally meets them herself, she finally finds out why they were there and tells them Raven's all right.
When they did find her, Lucy decides to go with them to the championship.
Lucy arrived to the championship with her new friends. She and Nyuu had passes into the ring which helped Kyoushiro and Weed team up for the fight.
