Lucien is a enigmatic figure, shrouded in mystery and cloaked in power. Emerging seemingly out of nowhere seven years ago, he quickly made a name for himself as a force to be reckoned. Known as the "Blood Moon of the Water Tribes,".
History[]
When Lucien appeared, he possessed unimaginable power, stronger than that of any water bender before him. It was unknown what exactly led him to such strength. He wreaked havoc and committed atrocities only to broadcast them so that everyone could witness them. Eventually, despite only being around a short time, he overthrew several of the strongest benders who had reigned for decades, assuming their territories and positions and becoming very powerful. According to Lyla, Lucien captured, imprisoned, and tortured these benders, broadcasting their screams via waterwaves, their ultimate fates remaining unknown bu after causing a bunch of chaos he mysteriously disappeared for seven years, causing rumors he was killed by either Avatar who wasn't founded yet. Lucien is always shown smiling and acts polite. Most civilians are terrified of him, merchants quickly giving him what he wants so as not to make him angry. His barely has any friends has isolates himself. Lucien likes to showcase his power and carnage for everyone to witness, hence his title the "Blood Moon of the Water Tribes". However, he is also fully aware that there are people that rival him in terms of power and isn't reckless.
He exudes a charismatic charm that draws others to him, yet beneath his affable exterior lies a sharp intellect and a fiercely independent person. Lucien is known for his quick wit and dry humor, often using sarcasm and clever quips to navigate tense situations or lighten the mood.
Despite being extremely powerful, he tends to get bored and lack inspiration. He seeks entertainment which he still gets out of watching the suffering of others. But to achieve that, he is willing to have (or feign) a charming, supportive and kind attitude. Lucien is shown to be sadistic, very cunning, and manipulative. While he is willing to help the Team Avatar, he often acts with self-interest in mind. Despite this, he is also willing to protect them, such as slaughtering a number of Yakuza who pursued Lyla there. He even told Lyla, a close friend of his, to leave for knowingly bringing trouble, telling her not to return unless she was genuinely interested in helping. Even if it's for his own ends, Lucien is willing to fight to Ozai, even facing during their battle against the Fire Nation.
Despite his sadistic nature, Lucien does express a warmer and friendlier side towards a few others. He is good friends with Lyla, having known her for a decent while even hugging her upon meeting again. He also gets along well with Lyla's older sister, with the latter even stating that Lucien has never done her wrong before. He is shown be down to earth to Kitty comforting her after her older sister died that they are still alive and can continue fight to avenge her.

Lucien's waterbending prowess is not limited to basic techniques; he can also perform advanced moves such as creating water constructs, manipulating the environment to his advantage, and even bending water in its various states, including ice and steam.
One of Lucien's notable abilities is his proficiency in using water as both a defensive and offensive tool. He can create powerful water shields to protect himself and his allies from attacks, while also unleashing devastating water blasts and torrents to overwhelm his opponents. Additionally, Lucien's creativity and quick thinking enable him to adapt his waterbending techniques to suit any situation, making him a formidable opponent in battle.
Like Hama, Lucien was proficient, creative, and resourceful enough to manipulate and extract water from grass, flowers, and even trees to fuel his bending in combat or for other purposes. He could even pull water out of the air, making him a formidable opponent. This resourcefulness allowed his to use waterbending even when deprived of an obvious and significant water source.
Overall, Lucien's skill in waterbending is unparalleled, allowing him to rival even the most experienced and powerful waterbenders of his time. His mastery over this element, combined with his cunning and strategic thinking, makes him a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield.
Healing[]
Lucien's healing in incredibly advance he is able to instantly heal any injuries, including even regenerating lost limbs within moments. Regained limbs maintain the same integrity as the rest of his body. He can go further and even heal others, with similar results. He was able to consistently heal from relentless fire slashes from Elite and ultimately heal just fine. This displays Lucien's extremely high level usage.
