Lixue Northuldra is a submissive waterbender born in the Southern Water Tribe to two unknown tribesmen at the end of the Hundred Year War. Her birth parents were killed on a hunting trip gone wrong, and they were never heard from again. At some point, she was taken in by Bato and Ozai, who eventually adopted her as a daughter. Following her adoption, Lixue finally gained the family that she both wanted and needed. When she wasn't busy with chores, Lixue would be seen caring for the children; teaching them about bending, playing with them, healing their scrapes, and being a general mother to them. All the children in the South Pole absolutely adore her and she cares for them as if they were her own.
As a young girl, Lixue was subconsciously drawn to the ocean, as if it were calling to her. Every time she felt drawn to the beach, her blue eyes would sparkle bright blue.
Personality[]
Lixue is a calm and caring girl most of the time, but she can be a bit stubborn sometimes. She is good at defending herself, despite her family's protection over her. Like her adopted brother and sisters, she too has a good relationship with animals and is good at taking care of them. Just like Katara, Lixue has a deep mothering side and is usually the one to help and take care of the younger children of the Water Tribe.
History[]
Early Life[]
Lixue was born to two members of the Southern Water Tribe council, one of them a renowned healer and the other a proficient hunter. As a young girl, Lixue had a perky attitude and opted to spend her free time wandering the coast to look for shells. When she was about to turn ten years old, both of her parents went out on a hunting trip for the tribe, but they were never seen again, leaving the young girl traumatized and alone.
On her tenth birthday, Lixue was walking, when she spotted a snow leopard caribou calf that was separated from it's mother. Not wanting it to be alone, Lixue ended up bonding with the calf, and it became her best friend/mode of transport around the icy climate.
