"I remember studying about the Air Nomads history and how my grandfather was the last Airbender of his time, but thanks to Avatar Korra and Harmonic Convergence, the Airbenders are back from the brink of extinction. Now, the Airbenders will once again fill the 3 temples!"
Jinora to everyone in attendance for Tenzin's inauguration as President of the United Republic of Nations

Tenzin: Earth, Fire, Air, Water.....only the Avatar can master all 4 elements and bring balance to the world.

[Everyone is in attendance for the inauguration of Tenzin as President of the United Republic, and Korra is doing the introductory speech.]

Korra: I remember first coming to Republic City 7 years ago, and I started my Airbending training with Tenzin. No matter how crazy I was, he never lost his patience but a couple of times, and helped me master Airbending. He mentored me through hard times in these past 7 years, and helped me see clearly. I don't think there is anyone better than Tenzin to lead this amazing nation. Tenzin, please come forward.

Korra and Tenzin hug as Tenzin walks on the stage.

Tenzin: I am honored to be able to take this office and to lead this nation toward the vision my father, Avatar Aang, had for it. Avatar Aang and Fire Lord Zuko meant for this nation to be the center of peace and balance in the world. Republic City is now finally rebuilt and back to normal, but soon we will be expanding the Republic, by permission of Suyin Beifong, and creating another city. I am excited for the road ahead of us in the United Republic of Nations. Now, I would like the new Head of the Air Nation, my daughter Jinora, to come say a few words about where the Air Nation is headed. Jinora, please come forward.

Tenzin also hugs his daughter as she walks on the stage.

Jinora: First I would like to recognize my sister, Ikki, for becoming now the second Airbending master of my generation. Please stand Ikki. When my father told me about this, I was completely ecstatic about the chance to lead this incredible nation. I remember studying about the Air Nomads history and how my grandfather was the last Airbender of his time, but thanks to Avatar Korra and Harmonic Convergence, the Airbenders are back from the brink of extinction. Now, the Airbenders will once again fill the 3 temples! My father, Tenzin, is gathering a team to rebuild the Northern Air Temple after the Red Lotus destroyed it 6 years ago. Also, I will be appointing a head over each Air Temple that will directly report to me. I have appointed Ikki to be the head of the Western Air Temple. Please rise Ikki. I have appointed my brother, Meelo, to be the head of the Southern Air Temple. Please rise Meelo. I have appointed someone very special over the Eastern Air Temple. She will be the first Air Nation leader that is not a descendant of Avatar Aang, Opal! Please rise Opal! My father, Tenzin, will keep hold on Air Temple Island here in Republic City. All 3 of you guys have shown incredible leadership and I can't wait to see where the Air Nation goes! Thank you!

Everyone claps, Tenzin and Korra walk back on the stage.

Korra: Now we will officially inaugurate President Tenzin. Tenzin do you swear to protect the Republic at all cost?

Tenzin: Yes, I do.

Korra: Do you swear that you will be a responsible President, and lead these citizens towards success?

Tenzin: Yes, I do.

Korra: Do you take all responsibilities of this office?

Tenzin: Yes, I do.

Korra: I now declare you Tenzin of the Air Nation, son of Katara and Aang, nephew to Sokka, brother of Kya and Bumi, husband of Pema, and father of Jinora, Ikki, Meelo, and Rohan as President of the United Republic of Nations!

Everyone claps again, and now everyone is leaving the ceremony.

Tenzin walks up to Jinora

Tenzin: I am so proud of how mature you have become Jinora. The way you are going to lead the Air Nation makes me so excited. Your grandfather, and Gran-Gran would be so proud of you and the work you are doing.

Jinora: Thank you Dad, I never could have done this without you.
