Bolin realizes
Juji's fine. He comes back to life in the end when the doomsday device shifts the polarity of the Earth. Oops. Spoiler. Sorry.
Warning! This page contains spoilers for Moon Drops and Star Dust.

Kayok is the eldest child and first daughter of Avatar Korra and Councilman Tarrlok in the Moon Drops series.

At age 18, Kayok became the youngest elected official in the history of the United Republic of Nations. She served as the representative for the Southern Water Tribe on the United Republic Council before tearing down the establishment in 190 AG.

Much like her father, Councilman Tarrlok, Kayok was seen as a fair-minded and likable politician by the general public. Whereas Tarrlok had tried to conceal his ancestry from the public, Kayok flaunted hers, earning her a reputation as honest and open with the people—two favorable traits that were rarely seen in politics. She was often regarded highly by friends and family as an "intelligent young woman" and since her mother happened to be the Avatar, Kayok's popularity as a celebrity helped her to gain her position within the framework of Republic City.

Kayok believed that Republic City was rotten. She was aware of Avatar Aang's vision for Republic City (to become the center of peace and balance in the world) and it was Kayok's understanding that the only way to achieve that vision would be to first cleanse the city of all its impurities. Kayok transformed her father's Task Force into the Liberation Squad with the goal of reshaping Republic City. She then declared herself the Leader of the Free Republic.

After committing many serious misdeeds Kayok was eventually slain by her sister Nini. The airbender Lien is slated as heiress to Kayok's empire, but it is still unclear whether or not she will be permitted to inherit Kayok's crown.
