Fire Princess Izuna is the first princess of the Fire Nation, the elder daughter of Fire Lord Sokka and Fire Lady Zuko, and the older sister of Princess Yiasa. By extension, she is the granddaughter of Ozai, Ursa, Hakoda, and Kya I, Bato's step-granddaughter, the niece of Azula, Katara, Sokira, and Aang, and the cousin of Bumi, Kya, and Kiallera.
In terms of appearance, Izuna has a lighter shade of her father's skin color and hair color, but she has her mother's eyes and is one of the few characters to be born of both the Fire Nation and Water Tribes.
History[]
Early Life[]
Izuna was born in the Southern Water Tribe to Zuko and Sokka a week before the Winter Solstice. This was considered to be an incredibly lucky omen to waterbenders, as they are usually born at night when their powers were strongest.
Childhood[]
Every now and then, Izuna would travel to the South Pole to visit her grandparents and cousin. However, Izuna was the closest with Kiallera, and often defended her from Bumi and Kya's teasing.
