Huazo is the Avatar that succeeded Zhengyi after his death in 225 AG in The Dawn of Huazo. She was born in 225 AG to Junsik and Bashira, two fire bending diplomats, in Shu Jing.
She was told of her role as the Avatar at the age of sixteen and was trained in the Fire Nation Capital, rather than travelling the world. In 246 AG, she married the future Fire Lord Kazuo, son to Fire Lord Izura. She became Fire Lady in 250 AG upon the retirement of Izura. She stood in regent for her husband after his mental breakdown until their daughter.

Huazo was born in the town of Shu Jing to Junsik and Bashira, two high ranking diplomats. They were both descendants of the Saowon clan, and held beliefs that they should only have children together, and not with any other clans. As she grew up, she got everything she desired, expect her parents time. Her parents had high expectations for her, as they believed she was destined for greatness. When she reached the age of sixteen, she learned the truth from the Fire Sages that she was the Avatar. Huazo and her parents moved to the Fire Nation Capital.
Unlike most Avatars, Huazo chose to learnt her bending abilities there instead of travelling the world like her predecessors Aang and Roku. By the age of twenty, she had mastered all the Bending arts, and become one of the Avatars to master the elements the fastest. Huazo did a tour all year long in the year 245 AG around the nations to show her progress and the Avatar for the first time. She returned home in 246 AG and there she was wed to the fire lord Kazou after his first wife, Sayo's, death. She also felt like it was her duty to take care of her Firebending master’s family.
Huazo thought of Kazou as a foolish man. She also only married him due to her wanting a purpose, as the world was at much peace. She very much disliked Kazou and heavily disliked this marriage due to him being 34 years older than her. In 247 AG, she gave her to her and Kazou's son, Qiang. In 248 AG, Huazo had accidentally killed her husband after reconstructing one of the palace gardens. She had made it look as a accident, as to not get herself arrested. It successfully worked. Izura was saddened to let Huazo go so she requested that she marry her grandson, Masaru. In the spring of 249 AG, she wed Masaru. Huazo thought Masaru was much better than his father, and loved him. Masaru's grandmother and the current fire lord, Izura, really liked Huazo and treated her like her own daughter.
In 250 AG, Izura caught a mysterious illness, and had to retire from the throne after 75 years. Her husband became the fire lord and she became the fire lady. Later that year, she gave birth to twin girls named Shiroi and Kasumi.
Huazo, even though being the Avatar, had nothing to do expect for acting as a celebrity. In 256 AG, her husband had a mental breakdown and was unaware of everything happening to him, and passed away a few days later. Her son Qiang had gone missing the same night as her husband mysterious death and was presumed gone and Shiroi and Kasumi were next in line, but couldn't inherit the throne as they were six years old.
Huazo became the 'Fire Lord in Regent' until her daughter reached of age. However, ruling over a whole nation was a difficult task for Huazo, as she was also the Avatar with her team. In 260 AG, a big mistake she made would cost the whole world. She had sent the Military to stop a rebellion in Chin Village. However, the military had killed the Earth Kingdom Soldiers. Huazo tried to explain her mistake, but the Earth Kingdom didn’t listen. In 270 AG, war officially broke out. The Air Nomads and Water Tribes tried to stay neutral during the war. Huazo kept on trying to convince everyone that this war wasn’t worth it, but had to focus on the nation she ruled. When her daughter reached of age, Huazo still ruled as Shiroi and Kasumi had joined the military. She later on passed away in 299 AG on Natsou Island.
Personality[]
Huazo is a curious, sometimes naive and problematic lady. She would cause problems for others without meaning to. She did however have a good heart, and tried to help others as the Avatar to the best of her abilities. She could however be stubborn at times. Huazo was known as a smart lady however, outwitting many within the Fire Nation. She had a strained relationship with her parents.

Fire Bending[]
Huazo is a very skilled fire bender who knows a lot of stances and moves. She has become very advanced in fire bending that she has obtained the use of green flames.
Air Bending[]
Air bending is the element Huazo struggles at the most. She couldn't get it at first and grew very frustrated. She got it within time however.
Water Bending[]
Huazo found water bending very easy and has become very skilled at it. She uses water bending and fire bending the most.
Earth Bending[]
Earh bending is an ability Huazo does know but chooses not to use it that much due to her complaining that lifting up the rocks is too hard.
