Pho Zel Zu Xi was the 22nd fire lord, and the first firelord of the Pho Zel Dynasty, as well as fire lord (Pho Zel) Yosor's great-great grandfather, his reign lasted from 782 BG to 750 BG, before being fire lord, he was previously a fire nation military commander.
After Fire Lord Wang Chao Dabanala died without an heir, he became fire lord and started the Pho Zel Dynasty (which rules the fire nation to this day), he ruled during a peaceful era in the history of the fire nation (and the whole world), he was the fire lord that split off the fire sages, making the fire lord having it's own position, the positions of great sage and high sage were made during this time, during his era, the modern fire lord crown headpiece was created, in 777 BG, his wife, the fire lady at the time, gave birth to Pho Zel Zengzufu (which later became fire lord in 750 BG), he eventually died in 750 BG, and his son, Zengzufu, succeeded him as fire lord.
