Also known as The Good Doctor, he has a connection to an iron clad criminal known as Dengen.
History[]
A well known doctor that works in Republic City and encounters Korra and reveals the inner workings of the city that seems to be run by two warring factions: The Equalists and The Sons of the Emperor a faction serving under Dengen.
Personality[]
Seems very cheerful and friendly to everyone and respectful to anyone even if they're disrespectful to him. He is very compassionate and will help all that need it. Despite all of his optimism, he is very secretive about certain aspects of his life and how he knows about certain things about the city.
Appearance[]
Slicked back brown hair, green eyes, wears a green and black outfit warranted to doctors and has a long green jade coat with three tails and a dragon like pattern on various parts of the jacket, black pants, and long black boots.
Abilities & Equipment[]
He is a very precise and quick healer, adept at most forms of healing outside of waterbending.
