History[]
At an unknown point of time Dengen has risen in the criminal underworld of Republic City and become one of the biggest crime lord in the city and founded the Sons of The Emperor, he hopes to use his large resources and army to achieve his ultimate goal
Personality[]
Dengen is an extremely vain individual. He also places his own importance over others, and has no problem killing people when the situation calls for it, regarding life much like a game of chess. But Degen is a gentleman and adheres to a strict code of honor at all times, so much so that it is accepted by nearly everyone in Republic City that he always keeps his word, no matter what the cost to himself or his plans may be. It is also understood that Doom will keep his exact word, which may or may not be beneficial to the person to whom he has given his promise. His code of honor also means that he will not attack a respected opponent who is weakened or at a severe disadvantage, as he regards any victory resulting from such circumstances as hollow and meaningless.
Appearance[]
Degen is a scarred individual who hides his imperfection underneath his suit behind a metal mask. He wears almost medieval-like armor with hidden high-tech weapons inside. It also comes with a dark green flowing cape and a hood
Abilities & Equipment[]
He is the only Lighting bender in the world as his body possessed a physical anomaly that allowed him to generate 10 million volts of electricity at will, and he specialized in electric shock attacks. To protect himself from being injured by this exceedingly high voltage he has found a way to channel electricity through his armor and demonstrated the ability to electrify metallic objects to his own specifications, project steady beams of electricity forward. In addition, he could also absorb electricity from other electrical source. Nevertheless, his electricity was subject to the same physics as regular electricity. It was attracted by metal. His powers could also be temporarily weakened if he came into contact with water.
He has been depicted as one of the most intelligent humans in the world as he has constructed numerous devices in order to defeat his foes or gain more power. He also possesses considerable mystical capabilities due to teachings from powerful monks. He is capable of energy projection, creating protective shields, and summoning hordes of demonic creatures, has a remarkably strong will that makes him immune to mind controlling powers.
His armor augments his natural physical strength to superhuman levels. It also channels his electrical powers and focuses them to appear through his fingers and create an electirc cover over his body if someone gets too close. It also protects his body from all forms of attack.
