Dinos Constantinos, otherwise known as Constantine, is a close friend of Philip Hellene. While Philip is king, Constantine is the Prime Academic, the man in control of Hellas.
Appearance[]
Constantine is a tall, strong man. His thick eyebrows join in the middle, thus forming a monobrow. He has thin sideburns and short hair, closely shaved. His hair, despite being short, is not well-behaved, often forming spikes by itself.
Constantine's clothing is the typical smart casual worn by Hellenes. His favourite outfit includes his brown suit, a red jumper and his old-school tie.
History[]
Constantine was born in 33 BG, as the son of two native firebenders. He attended the University of Logopolis, where he studied law and graduated with a Master's degree. After graduation, he joined the Hellenic Military Academy where he studied strategy. Although he held a high position in the army, he did not participate in the air temples defensive campaign. Following Ignus' coup, Constantine became a major figure in the Hellenic Civil War. He did not participate in the Fire Nation Civil War, as he was acting as interim Prime Academic in Philip's absence.
In 175 AG, Constantine received word that Hellenic traitor, Ephialtes Ignus, had taken control of the Earth Empire. After a conference with parliament and the crown, he agreed to send Philip to take control of the URN and fight against Ephialtes. He also sent Nikkolas to control the Hellenic Expeditionary Force. After the Earth Empire's offensive commenced, Constantine agreed to Philip's request for reinforcements. Constantine took an active role in the leadership of the war.
After the war, Constantine oversaw the union between the United Kingdom of Nations and the Kingdom of Hellas.
Personality[]
Constantine is a formal and charismatic man, admired by many. While he is formal in serious situations, he can become silly when conversing under casual situations, and is prone to laughter. Such tendency hindered his Hellenic studies when in class with Philip.
Constantine is a visionary and the ideological opposite of Philip - being opposed to elitism, government control and invasions of privacy.

Constantine is a master firebender with a great degree of control over the colour of his flames. He is a master of elemental conversion and also a polybender.
