Celeste Azula Beifong is the third child and youngest daughter of Aang and Toph, and the granddaughter of the late Lao and Poppy Beifong. She has two older siblings: a sister named Aura and a brother named Tempest. Originally an earthbender by blood, she was later gifted the ability to airbend along with earthbending later in life, after deciding that if any threats came upon her family, Celeste would rather die or give up her bending before betraying those she cares about.
This selfless declaration is what prompted the spirits to reward her for her pure heart and willingness to lay down her life to help anyone who needs her.

Early Life[]
Celeste was born in 119 AG on Air Temple Island to Aang and Toph. She grew up as one of only four airbenders in the world, the others being her father, her sister, and her older brother, Tempest. From a early age, Celeste had an extremely kind personality and upbeat attitude as she grew up on Air Temple Island.
When she was a young girl, Lestie secretly began entering the Spirit World and tapped into the Avatar Cycle, where she received training in earthbending from Avatar Kyoshi and Avatar Kalika. This lead her to become a prodigious earthbender that even her mother was proud of.
At age eight, during a terrorist attack on her family, Celeste took the entire brunt of a seemingly fatal blow, before regaining her strength and tossing enormous boulders and blowing gale force winds towards her attackers, and fell unconscious afterwords.
