"Madam" Caigou Zhe was the procurer of the House of Ravishing Flowers before she dies in an explosion at the end of chapter 4. She's a minor character in Avatar: Civil Strife.


History[]

"Madam" Zhe Caigou was the owner and procurer of the House of Ravishing Flowers, adhereing to the policies and laws of the city. While also illegally harboring minor brothel workers inside her establishment. She pays the local triad to kidnap young girls from the ages of thirteen to fifteen where she can reeducate them and intergrate them into the House of Ravishing Flowers.

After employing a walk-in woman and inspecting her Madam Zhe gave the woman employment. Introducing Lao Piao to her newest worker, the old man takes her for a spin. Leading her to a dungeon-like room in the brothel where he rapes a young girl. Eventually, finding Lao Piao inside in shock and loosing blood after being castrated by the mystery woman. She joined Lao Piao in the governor's infirmary hoping she can offer information of the events to the Governor. She was present when Lao Piao told Governor Luyou what occured in the cathouse. However, Lao Piao left out the part where he committed statutory rape daily; in the end when Luyou realized what was going on, he and everyone in the main house of his siheyuan were killed by an explosion.

It is unknown whether Caigou was born a bender or not, but she was skilled in managing a business.
