Keirou is the Northern Water Tribe Avatar succeeding Avatar Arnav, and preceding before Avatar Avani. Keirou is also the Water Tribe Avatar before, Avatar Manirak. Keirou appeared in the fanon Avatar: The Legacy of Rong Yan and makes more frequent appearances in Avatar: Civil Strife.
History[]
Not much is known about Avatar Keirou, at the moment perhaps the Yanzhao burned the records. Check back at a later date.

Later Life[]
In his later years, Avatar Keirou fell ill of a lung infection and never quite recovered from it eventually his healers diagnosed him with lung cancer. Over time he grew terminally ill and bedridden which led to the abandonment of his Avatar duties. Giving the newest Earth King of the Haijun Kingdom, to do as he pleased while going unchecked. According to Keirou, his son Odayakana knows of one of his father's associates. A man named Laoyan, it is unknown the relation Keirou had with Laoyan but he hasn't reported any news from the capital to Keirou.
Keirou is visited by his son Odayakana one final time along with his daughter-in-law, granddaughter, and great-grandchildren. The hallucinations that the caretakers believed he saw were his past lives. They were waiting for him to die so they could guide him into the Spirit World. Keirou asked Odaya for a favor, which is to arrange things for the next Avatar through the Order of the White Lotus. In the end, he enters the Avatar State for the last time, this process is when Raava is departing from the body of the Avatar to find the next Avatar. At the same time, the Avatar takes their final breath and passes away.

Avatar Keirou appears to Rong Yan when he masters the Avatar State, along with Avani and Arnav.
Avatar Korra's Life[]
During the time when Avatar Korra, had lost her bending to Amon, she had returned to the Southern Water Tribe or the compound she first was in, where Katara, had tried her best to heal Korra.
To no avail, Korra had left to cry at a snowy cliff, where she thought that Tenzin had approached her. When in fact it was Avatar Aang. She stood up, as Aang was conversing with her, and then all of Korra's past lives appeared.
Keirou is one of the Avatar's in the back row that could still be seen, he's wear a green hat on his head.
