Avatar: Era of Kyoshi is an ongoing, Discord-based roleplay with a strong focus on original characters, set in Ba Sing Se shortly after the War of Chin the Conqueror and the city's Peasant Uprising.

Synopsis[]

The year is 267 BG. Nearly three decades have passed since the true Avatar was revealed to the world. The Earth Kingdom is shaken in the wake of Chin the Conqueror's rise and fall, and the great peasant rebellions in the capital.

The Avatar has journeyed from her newly created island to Ba Sing Se to oversee the great changes in government. Her new order of Kyoshi Warriors have come with her, and her new order -- the Dai Li -- hopes to root out crime and corruption alike within the walls. But the Avatar cannot do it alone: she will need the help of the citizens of all four nations to help face the challenges that lie ahead.

Avatar: Era of Kyoshi is a roleplay game based on Discord. It's still very much a work in progress, but you can make your characters and start roleplaying right away!

The game is based around original characters created by the playerbase. Play as a bender or nonbender from any of the four nations and tell your story in Ba Sing Se.

Characters[]

Canon characters[]

Canon characters are rarely used on the game, and are controlled by moderators for plot developments. They will rarely be used in a scene, and only for plot-specific purposes.

Original characters[]

Every player on the game plays an original character.

NPCs[]

NPCs are created by moderators, and some players, to act as antagonists, or relatives that are being incorporated into the story.

Some NPCs are available to be played in the game.

Chapter 1: Three Years Later

First Day:

  • Baihu holds a lecture and meets with Jamyang.
  • Tea House drinking session in the Middle Ring.

Second Day:

  • Lee, Baihu, and Jamyang meet in the town hall in the morning, Akahana joins them as well. The latter three are flying to the Lower Ring afterwards.
  • Therak fights three Dao Fei and meets with Arrlock at his Clinic
  • Baihu flies to the Royal Palace and meets with Chong & Min.
  • Meeting at the beach house on the island in Lake Laogai.
  • Lee delivers textiles to the forge where Tao works.
  • Botan and Huan Zhu meet in the Turkey Duck Inn.
  • Akahana reads at the Tiger Monkey Teahouse.
  • Baihu and Jamyang fly out of the city on Norbu and meet with Arek. They return to Ba Sing Se together.
  • Akahana fought at the area as Lee and Mei watched, and Kyran and Botan trained together somewhere else.
  • In the Lower Ring, Therak and Botan fight a group of Daofei and flee the scene.
  • Tao searches for his sister at the Firelight Fountain and comes across Dai Li cleaning up the carnage left by Therak and Botan.
  • Min and Chong had a date.

Third Day:

  • Botan and Hien Rong have night shift together at the embassy.
