Amaya Pathuk is the elder daughter born to Azula and Katara Pathuk and the older sister of Kida. The granddaughter of Bato, Ozai, Kya, and Hakoda, she is the niece of Zuko and Sokka, half-niece of Maya and Melody, and the younger cousin of Saoirse. She is also the third character to be born a mix of Water Tribe and Fire Nation, with the first and second being her Aunt Maya and her cousin Saoirse. Born with the blessing of Tui and La, Amaya was born with white hair instead of dark brown hair like her mother. When she was 3 years old, Amaya gained a younger sister named Kida.

Early life[]
Amaya was born 11 years after the end of the Hundred Year War in the capital city of the South Pole to Katara and Azula, on the day after the Winter Solstice. The moment she started crying, the full moon glowed brightly and her already white hair glowed the color of ice.
