Aang is the current Avatar in the fanon Avatar: Bridge to Infinity by The malefic.
Before Bridge to Infinity[]
Aang took to the sidelines of world politics after the end of war, instead he went to the areas most affected by the war to help them rebuild. He also spent a considerable amount of time in the Southern Water Tribe after attempts to rebuild were continually thwarted by Fire Nation rebels. However in recent weeks Aang has become interested in world events for reasons unknown to even his closest friends.
Bridge to Infinity[]
Fighting Luccaino[]
On his way to the Fire Nation to help Zuko after a mysterious warning from Roku, Aang was ambushed by an Emperor of Infinity known as Luccaino. After being forced into the Avatar State by Luccaino he engaged the Emperor in an underwater battle.
The battle continued to rage on with neither fighter gaining a major advantage until Luccaino managed to direct a jet of water directly into Aang's back wound that was made by Azula years before. Aang instantly fell out of the Avatar State and fell into the sea. Luccaino attempted to finish Aang with one final blast, which Appa intercepted killing him. Appa fell on Aang sending both bison and master to bottom of the sea and although the blast didn't hit Aang he is presumed dead by Luccaino and most of the world.
Personality[]
Aang's personality hasn't changed much in the two years that have passed although he takes things a little more seriously, in particular the threat of the Infinity Order. He is more relaxed and will only fight if there is no other option. Therefore Aang will give even his greatest enemies a chance to back down before he attacks.
