Sooo, ik im NEVER on this wiki BUT I write a fanfic series... and ik its probably not everybody's cup of tea, not even has the same taste. But, in this story Sokka is IN love and he wants to make a betrothal necklace to propose.... NOW I need help. I've been building this relationship since they meant, they started off as "We don't trust eachother and always have an attitude wit eachother" from "we chill" from "we dislike eachother alot" from "BESTIES" to "Lovers"... SO im wondering where should I fit this in.

Should I put it in either the

"Sokka’s Master", "Boiling Rock 2", or "Southern Raiders".... if I fit it into and episode it will only have a small sequence...

Or should I make a whole chapter so they have more reflection and more emotion on it. If it is it's own chapter it CANNOT be in-between "The Puppet Master" & "The Boiling Rock 2"

I am discontinuing the story for now to focus on my new original project, Crystalverse. I am sorry for anyone who was looking forward to Chapter 4. I might start writing Chapter 4 in the future.

So, I once thought that Air needed another Sub Bending Form. I ended up working on a "Scentbending" Concept. Where Airbenders could bend Scents/Smells in different ways. One way was enhancing their own sense of smell. Another, was separating Scents to distinguish particular Scents. It could even be used to make opponents feel sick or help allies relax.

But, something had occurred to me; Pheromones. They can be used on Animals and Insects in different ways. (If I'm not mistaken) Some people apply Pheromones as to prevent Bees from attacking them. I believe they can also be used to guide Insects from one area to another. So, what is a "Scentbender" could use Pheromones to get Animals and Insects to attack enemies or guide them away from innocence? Maybe even use Pheromone on Humans in a similar way Poison Ivy uses hers to manipulate men?

Just a wacky thought. It's not very serious. But, imagine an Airbender sending a Swarm of Insects to attack an opponent. Just seems funny to me. What do you think?

I was looking up what Darkness/Shadow's connections were and it appears it does relate to the Mind. So, now I'm wondering; could Shadowbenders become "Mindbenders"? These Benders couldn't move any other Element with their Minds (got to still follow that rule) but maybe they could speak with their Minds (Telepathy)?

Maybe they could somehow utilize Psychic Energy and create Psychic attacks? Granted, I'm not sure how they would achieve this. It'd likely require meditation and strong spirituality. I'd imagine it'd be very rare.

One problem is there isn't really actual Shadows/Darkness being bended. But the connection is indeed there. It just needs a method of execution. A way for Shadowbenders to gain and master this form. As well as enough Techniques to justify its existence.

So, I was earlier thinking of the in world game called Paisho (I forget if this is the right spelling).

Anyway, I got to thinking what could the Nation of Light have to keep them entertained. I recently played Risk and got to thinking they could have a Board Game based on Warfare or Strategy. I'm not great with name but I think I'll call it "Strat-A-Jewels". It's kind of a play on words using "Stratagem" and "Gem". The idea is to defeat your opponents or earn a fixed number of Jewels. (Like, either 100,000 or 1,000,000 Jewels. Whichever would sound more fun.)

I don't think even if it were to ever exist in Avatar you'd get much in depth detail but, I'm willing to add more to the Concept. This is just a simple Concept for Worldbuilding purposes though. Something they can have or play that wouldn't have caught on in the rest of the World until later.

Edit: Evidently, there already is a Board Game called "Stratagem". So, I'll be changing the name.

So, I got to thinking: "What if there were Creatures other than the Original Benders that could bend Elements?"

Then came to mind the Four Sacred Beasts: A Red Phoenix, A White Tiger, A Blue Dragon, and a Black Tortoise. The Red Phoenix could be a Firebender, The White Tiger could be an Airbender, the Blue Dragon could be a Waterbender, and the Black Tortoise could be an Earthbender.

I'd imagine these would be either Spirits or Legendary Creatures. If not these; Maybe some Legendary Heroes/Villains that represent these Creatures?

So, I've covered most topics regarding Concepts connected to Light and Shadow as Primary Elements. I've covered The Nations, New Avatar Cycle, Original Benders, Lion Turtles, Where They Could Live, Potential Cultures, Potential Careers, Nations Colors, and even Eye Colors.

I'm admittedly running out of ideas. Now, I'm thinking maybe: "Why not ask for suggestions?" And why not? This could be fun. If there is anything any of you would like to suggest that might need covering; I'm all eyes.

Keep in mind this is for fun and not something I'd think would actually become Canon. Let the creativity flow!

So, it's been awhile since I've made one of these. For those that don't know I've made a series of Concepts for both Light and Darkness (Shadow) as Primary Elements. These Concepts are listed as "Just For Fun". I do not expect they will ever be added in Canon.

I got to thinking about the Episode where Sokka has to go through his own Rite of Passage into Adulthood. His Rite had to do with sailing and meeting certain requirements. (It's been awhile so I don't remember all of it.) But, it did get me thinking: "what would Shadowbenders or their People's Rite of Passage be like?"

Well, that could make for a fun Concept. I was thinking it'd be like several tests; Tests Of Courage, Of Leadership, Of Spirit, Of Senses, and one Hidden or Secret Test they must figure out themselves.

(I'm not great with names) But, I was thinking of calling it the Rite of Scions. And I was thinking they could receive something for passing each Test.....

Something just occurred to me; was Sokka's Rite based on a real thing? I might need to scraps parts of this idea and rework it if that is the case.

But, at any rate: what do you think? Would a Rite of Passage be an interesting Concept? Would you like to see anything changed or altered to be more like something from real life? Let me know!
