If she did leave Ba Sing Se to deliver an address to the URN, or any other nation, she'd be protected under diplomatic immunity unless she does something. Look, I just think Diplomatic Immunity plots are interesting because they're challenging. It's the same with Doctor Doom or Magneto. Second, the Avatar is no mere citizen of her nation, she's the Avatar.</div> <p>
Main reason I do not write Diplomatic Immunity plots... "While diplomatic immunity is abused, serious abuse is playing with fire so diplomatic immunity can be revoked by the issuing country's foreign affairs office or by shooting the diplomat in the head...whichever comes first."    EQ goes to United Republic to make an address.  As she leaves, she is informed that she can never enter the United Republic again. Her Diplomatic Immunity has been revoked.  She can't do crap...  Now consequence will be United Republic personnel will have their DI revoked.  However, by that stage, UR personnel have probably been called back home.  And diplomacy has failed.  1 or 2 episodes.  I have watched movies and read books with DI plot as main plot.  Slow, predictable, not fun to read.  </p><p>The Avatar is human not a 'god.'  Avatar Aang was an Air Nomad first and then the Avatar.  If not, why did he spend so much time rebuilding the Air Nation when Harmonic Convergence 'could' replenish the Air benders in an afternoon.  True, Raava did not talk to Aang.  But his other past lives could have talked to him.  Even Avatar Wan could have explained Harmonic Convergence and the power of it without reveling the existance of Raava or Vaatu. </p><p>My main beef with A:TLA and LOK was the hodge-podge way the Universe was created.  To many plot holes.  To many just down right last minute added material (not even hinted in previous episodes)  LOK Season 2, 3 and 4.  One of the hardest fan fictions I have ever written. </p><p>There was no United Nations.  Maybe international law... maybe.  But who inforced it?  No Power.  Kyoshi Warriors might have inforced it.  But Bryke quietly killed them off...  IMO. </p>

<p>Hmm. write the fan fiction and I will view it.  I didn't see much of 'international law' in Avatar: The last airbender or The Legend of Korra.   My take was 4, then 5 independent nations with their own laws.  Outside of those nations -- Law of the Jungle prevailed.  June was a bounty hunter and worked without any fear of 'international law'  She jumped aboard Zuko's ship and took her bounty.  Zuko did not stop her.  I don't know if he could stop her with some kind of 'international law'  So, Law of the Jungle.  Queen was weak and needed to die.  Avatar Korra protecting Queen.  Not happening after she saw the truth about her 'picking up' the taxes.  She understood that she was on the wrong side...  Queen had to go.  Avatar Korra breaking out the air benders was the excuse the Queen needed to kill Korra.  And yes.  She would have tried to kill Korra.  She was sucessfully locked up and Asami had to free her. </p>

<p>LOK: Book 2: Episode 1.  "And Korra and her boyfriend Mako have been the talk of the town."  I suspected that Makorra was finished.  As the season continued, I could not imagine Korra staying with Mako.  Six months between Book 1 and Book 2.  Did Korra and Mako argue and fight for 6 months?  Really?  So the 'marriage' would be abusive?  Not happening.  And end of Book 2, Makorra was over.  I hoped Korra would be alone instead of a love triangle or something else.  (even though I wrote Korrasami).  Earth Queen?  Needed to be killed long before she was finally killed.  better yet.  Not even introduce her.  EDIT:   I meant.  Share the bad things she did.  Tell about them. and have a Generic character killed.  She was soooo weak as a character.  so common a villian.  ugh. </p>

<p>Here is the modified canon for my KWAU.  There has been 10,000 years of humans between the two convergiences.  It seems to me a 'talent' to be a potential.  I have a musical talent that I did not develop.  Now 50 (and like Bumi) I still can develop that talent.  Study, discipline, experience and practice becomes an airbender.  If none of those happen, you can only bend the air... without control.  </p><p>I agree with Bryan that bending is connected to spiritual energies.  block the energies.  less benders.  Korra open the flood gates of spiritual energy.  So... Anyone with a 'talent' or potential to become an air bender.  Began to bend the air which was not the same as being an air bender.  The one who knocked Mako down with the door had no control.  A bender has control over the element even if a small amount. Bumi stopping himself from hitting the ground -- then splat.

</p><p>Back to original reason for this thread.  I don't think the humans on Avatar are super-human.  They are different and can seem to take a punch better than our humans.  I watched the finale fight scene again.  The top of the robot thingy fell 23 floors down.   Korra pulled out Kuvira who was holding her arm or side.  Then one brick took out Korra?  Sheesh to random for me.  The canon seemed to jump all over the place.  But, the series is over.  I am writing Alt U stuff to satisfy me.  Sorry the picture didn't work. </p><p>The free comic does look like a good adventure with Toph and Ty Lee.  In march sometime at comic book stores. </p>

<p>In the 2015 Dark Horse Free comic, Ty Lee says, "Toph meet my six Identical Sisters."  Dark Horse Comics’ Silver Comic  This was a preview.  We will know when the full version has been released.  I say one woman had 7 identical girls.  very rare since no other report has been made in the Avatar Universe of births higher than twins.  Maybe I read about a triplet.  but not sure. </p>

<p>I like that interpretation of Raava and Vaatu.  Would answer one of my questions.  Where are the human spirits?  Do they reincarnate? Or simply just become non-existent.  Merging into a super spirit seems more logical with Bryan and Michael's universe.  IF i couldn't be me forever (degrading) I would rather reincarnate forever.  A do-over. hehe.  Since Uncle Iroh will degrade, wonder what spirit he will become.  I hope a better version of the Owl Library spirit.  I hate him.

<p>Since Uncle Iroh (A Human Spirit) left his dying physical body to travel and inhabit the Spirit World, The Spirit World is "A" Afterlife of some kind. But that is a play on words and also subject to change by the creators. And if Iroh made it to the Spirit World. Who else made it?? IDK. I stick to my above definition. I do not claim my opinion to be canon. Besides, I don't get paid for my stories anyway. <p>The above mentioned game, from the spirit world Escape From The Spirit World  was included in a Blue-ray or DVD (Book 2?)  My opinion was based on watching the video and based on my interpretation of 'reincarnated.'  The entity (spirit) that is reincarnated with every new birth is Raava/Wan merge (Beginnings).  Currently the entity has become Raava/Korra.  That satisfied the statement in the series about reincarnated into next cycle (life).  "The Avatar continues to take human rebirth" Avatar Yangchen in above game link.  The Avatar (Raava/Wan or Raava/Korra)  But what if the Avatar cycle was broken?  Does that mean the next rebirth doesn't (or never) happened?  Some say yes.  </p><p>It seems to me the answer is no, the rebirth occurs rather or not the Avatar is reincarnated.  When Raava was ripped from Korra, Korra was still alive.  LOK has shown that a physical body can stay alive (kind of) without a spirit.  Aiwei the truth seer's spirit was trapped in the Spirit World (The Stakeout) but his body lived unresponsively.  Korra's body moved, talked, fought, and used all 4 elements.  Korra had her own entity (spirit) keeping the body alive.  A piece of Raava?  No, When Raava was destroyed. All of Raava was destroyed. (Darkness Falls)   "Korra When Vaatu destroyed Raava, he destroyed my connection to the past Avatars too." (Light in the Dark)  Korra was still alive and in her right mind. (no laughing hehe) </p><p>I don't know the process of the rebirth.  Suggest asking Michael or Bryan.  The Avatar (Raava/Wan or Raava/Korra) continues to take human rebirth.  And that human rebirth has its own separate entity (spirit).  Two spirits sharing one body for a human experience. (Beginnings) has Raava temp merge with Wan so two spirits can live in one body.  Also Aye-aye merged into a human body. (love him) </p><p>Connection being lost.  Example.  350 radio stations connected together by a satellite.  All talking together as one 'station'  (Klove) Destroy the satellite and the connection will be severed.  However, each individual radio stations still exists.  Avatar Korra needed to find another means to reconnect the past lives.  Another 'satellite' or something else.  Since she is now in the Spirit World and reconnected fully with Raava, she could find the past lives (help from Iroh) and somehow (mindbending or energybending) reconnect through the New Raava. </p><p>But, I could be wrong.  Hope I am not since this is the main premise of my fan fiction canon. </p>
