Check the Glassbending fanon i made. I made some weaknesses for it.

<p>Well, let it not be said that The Shadows of Kyoshi came up with Glassbending first </p><p>Fanon:Glassbending </p>

<p>I think that'd be interesting to see. If they were a firebender or Earthbender, they'd probably find it difficult to bend since firebending needs you to be agressive (even though Zuko found another way firebend from the Sun Warriors, he still needed to be a bit agression about it) and earthbending would need you to be headstrong and blunt. It'd be fun to see a spin off comic about it, see an Air Acolyte break through that kind of ordeal and find a more peaceful way to Firebend or Earthbend. That'd be a cool dilemma; i didn't like Tahno, but it was disturbing seeing how losing your ability to bend could affect a person, so if this character lost that, would they stay an Air Acolyte, would they leave? </p>

<p>Even if Shyamalan hadn't taken to series and taken a dump on it, there still shouldn't be a re-imagining of the original series, not even if it's netflix making it. Don't go from an animated TV series to a live action series, if it's just gonna be Aang, Katara and Sokka again, we already have a perfect show with these guys, don't just rehash it, with the only difference being it's live action. The only plus i give Shyamalan is he made it a movie, a different medium. </p><p>If Netflix is gonna make a live action show, don't set it around the same events and characters, TLA or LOK: make a COMPLETELY different series, with a new storyline, and a new avatar. Have the gimmick be there's twin Avatars, or an avatar that's the villain; don't have the gimmick be it's in live action. </p><p>We don't need the original storyline and characters to create some cheap fan-recognition. Bending, the avatar, the spirit world, the four nations, these are reconisable enough. Netflix would be drawing in the worst kind of audience if they did ^ THIS to grow the fanbase, they don't need to do this, the original series would be enough. </p>

<p>Ethnically no, but nationally yes. They follow the culture and traditions of the Air Nomads. Eventually the Air Acolytes won't exist anymore since there's a new air nation, and perhaps they'll partner up with/marry, have kids with the new airbenders, so eventually they'll all be airbenders again. It might still exist when that happens; more people wanting to join the Air Nation, but there's only so much room in the Air Temple's, which is why the Air Nomad population was much smaller than even the water tribes. </p>

<p>If they never found Aang in the iceberg, then they'd still be in the South. The Fire Nation would have succeeded in defeating the Northern tribe (killing the moon spirit). It was Zuko (and Azula) who inspired Ozai to use the comet on the Earth Kingdom, so if Zuko was still looking for Aang around the South, Ozai probably wouldn't have gotten the idea. Also, the Fire Nation would still have done a lot of damage to the Earth Kingdom. Since Sokka, Katara and Aang inspired the Kyoshi warriors to fight the Fire Nation, Azula wouldn't have been able to infiltrate Ba Sing Se without their costumes. </p>

<p>Toph's parents weren't benders, so it doesn't matter. Non-bending parents can children who are benders. Katara and Aang's eldest son Bumi wasn't born a bender. </p>

<p>I've heard that it's going to be twin earthbending Avatars, which could be cool, but would ruin the concept of the Avatar; one person. </p><p>It's gonna be a long time till they come up with a story </p>

• Mako would be very surprised, but he wouldn't be jealous cause he went out with both Asami and Korra.
• Bolin will be surprised too.
• Naga and Pabu probably wont care all that much, they're animals.
• Tenzin will be surprised
• Pema will be happy they both have someone to care for.
• Jinora will be happy for them.
• Ikki will be happy like her sister
• Meelo<span style="line-height:inherit;"> wouldn't care that much, but would probably look back on it since he was once attracted to Asami</span>
• I don't think Kai would care all that much
• Lin<span style="line-height:inherit;"> will be happy and surprised at the same time</span>
• Suyin will be happy they have each other.
• Baatar won't care.
• Tonraq and Senna will be suprised but happy for her at the same time
• Desna and Eska won't care
• Huan won't care
• Opal will be happy for them
• Wei and Wing won't care all that much.
• Varrick and Zhu Li will both be happy for them.
• Yin, Chow, Tu and the reast of Mako and Bolin's family won't care
• Kya and Bumi will be happy for them
• Wu won't care about it that much
• Raiko and Buttercup won't care that much
• Gommu will be happy for Korra at least
• The White Falls Wolfbats won't care
• Lu and Gang won't care

<p>No problem with it, but it came out of nowhere. It was as sudden as that kiss between Pam and Tara in True Blood. I was gonna add Santana and Britanny in Glee as well but it was established that she was attracted to girls too in the first season so it was believable. </p><p>There was no real build up to Korrasami. No indication that Korra was Bisexual in the other seasons. The only thing I got was that blush Asami got from Korra when they reunited (which, I'm straight and sometimes I blush when other men compliment my build or my shoes or whatever), and people like to point out the letter she sent Asami during her travels. Well I understand why she didn't send Mako or Bolin the letters. Mako would take them far too seriously, and Bolin would make humour out of them. Asami is the only one who would understand her. No indication Asami was bi either. It all just came out of the producers wanting to be diverse. Which is fine to me, as long as it's established from the get go, maybe some hints. Talking about Glee, they claim that Santana is a lesbian. I call bullshit on that, you don't just go around banging a dozen guys and then your a lesbian all of a sudden. That's not how being sexually confused works. </p>
