I wasn't teaching you about your own culture, just educating you. Plus it was an old indian person that told me this anyway. Also many asians have said this to me. Maybe you just got it wrong? No it isn't. Some of Y'all don't know what karma actually is. Origins of karma are actually date back to when Indians believed (and possibly still do) that you got reborn after you died. KARMA means rebirth. It was then the Chinese and Indians said you'd be reborn as to how you behaved in your past life. Then other parts of Asia picked it up and the word got mistranslated when it got to the west. So now people think it means when you do something bad it comes back to you, aka what goes 'round comes 'round. Just like avatar actually means a deity possessed by a Hindu god and being given ultimate power. Anywho it has been proved that being reborn into another life is impossible. But nevertheless, don't do bad things people.
