Only if the video is by the creator of the art. Considering that I have seen it around on tumblr (that image itself is very old), then I doubt it.

The purpose of sourcing images is to ensure that the artist gets proper credit and no one else is claiming that it's their own work. The video should have provided details of the artist, so I'd be using that. If they haven't, then it's copyright violation and they've used the art for their own purposes.

Never heard of that ship before. Often such characters will be aged up or written in AUs. For that one, I would suggest that it's linked to their personalities.
