Is it just me or does it not make any sense how the previous avatars are severed from being able to reach korra but raava is still there? Also Unalaq is so op. I hate how the writers made korra so helpless in the battle. Unalaq had only just fused with vaatu but he seems to know exactly how to utilize his power. It just annoys me. So many of the show mechanics bother me because they’re so unbelievable.

I assume people who like korra like her for her character arc and/or feminist power, not because she was powerful or anything. In terms of her characters power it’s very inconsistent. She’s doubtlessly very powerful but she always forgets something or other when she fights and to quote Suki: barely makes it out alive. Case and point: Amon, Tarrlok, Zaheer, Kuvira, Unalaq.
WHO THE HECK WANTS A WU AND MAKO SHIP. mako hates being around wu. Also, mako is straight smh.

@Henry Hudson GC i Believe she was bending the energy in her own body but I don’t get how she became giant. She’s simultaneously a helpless underpowered character but also the manifestation of deus ex machina. aang was taught how to bend energy. They just told korra “do it” and she did it. Also, why didn’t she do it to fight the giant mech in season 4? Don’t say you can only do it during harmonic convergence because minors could still project her spirit even though it was weaker. All in all she’s not a very good character.
@Brother Coolplayer262 remember raava was inside of korra. And vaatu isn’t a deity. Also, wan beat vaatu in their previous battle.

I don’t think it matters either way. After roku does it cuts to aang who looks perhaps a few weeks to a few months old. If it reincarnates at the beginning of life then it is at conception but I don’t think it matters either way.

Remember, Bumi and toph both waited and listened to the earth. Both of them had a strong connection to the earth. Bumi was able to bend using psych bending techniques and he had a hundred years to train. I think Bumi takes it.
Any number between 1,000 and 1,250. Since avatars differed in age and there were 10,000 years between harmonic convergences it leaves room for 1,000 100 yr. old avatars, but the 1,250 allows for fluctuations in age.

Is it just me or did the writers leave out a potentially really good character in Tahno. His bending was taken away but he seemed truly remorseful for what an idiot he was. I think they should have given him a bigger plot role, what do y’all think?
