I don't know why many of you criticize Amon's backstory and are calling him a hypocrite, even though he is a bender trying to rid the world of bending by pretending to be a non-bender, he does truly want everybody to be equal, while at the same time he became the thing that his father wanted him to be, he's not a hypocrite, he's just misguided, also it's like that old saying: "sometimes you have to fight fire with fire" and I think Amon's backstory supports that, Amon/Noatak was a good kid who wanted everybody, including his brother to be treated fairly and equally, especially since Yakone raised and abused them to be his tools for revenge and to one day conquer republic city and because people like Yakone and The Fire Lords used their bending for evil.

Do people seriously prefer: Non-bender, family killed and gets scarred by a bender, wears a mask, spirits grant him the ability to take away a person's bending? IMO that's just a bit lazy

I think Amon's real backstory is better for his character, also I would like to know how he uses Bloodbending to take away bending

I really wanna see a what-if scenario where Zaheer and The Red Lotus managed to kidnap Korra when she was a kid and raised her based on their philosophies

I don't know about you, but I wouldn't mind knowing what Korra and the others were doing during the next Sozin's Comet, which takes place 26 years after Kuvira's defeat
