So my earth avatar is based of Yun, the False Avatar, with his usage of the Earth. My avatar would be traumatized of waterbending because some rogue waterbenders flooded his Sand Tribe home which killed his whole family and everyone he cared about, this caused him to unlock the ability of Flight early on and helped him find out he was the avatar. They would master basically all forms of earthbending (lavabending, metalbending, and sandbending) from meeting master benders. Lavabending from a master firebender who also taught him lightning redirection, metalbending from a waterbender who collected asteroids, and sandbending from an air nomad. They occasionally used the other elements like flight and using lightning redirection to mimic lightning bending. But they refrain from ever using waterbending since they get flashbacks of their family dying and even has a fear of water.
Some call him the 5th greatest earthbender in history excluding their avatar state which when he uses creates a giant earth golem made of magma, sand and rocks incased in a metal armor. Eventually their fear of water would end up being the reason their waterbender master died whose final wish was for him to use waterbender without fear, to not be scared of the water but make the water be scared of him.

Unmastered Sandbending (Was taught a bit by his mother)
Flight (Unlocked after the Flood since he lost everything and detached himself from the world but after learning waterbending and overcame what deattached him from the world, he lost his flight since since he reattached to the world)
Firebending (Taught by their master who was a firebending swordsman who learned from the dragons)
Lavabending (Their dad is from the Fire Nation/Unlocked when a volcano exploded )
Lightning Redirection (Taught by their firebending master)
Sandbending (Taught by their Air master who used this as an alternative due to him struggling with airbending)
Airbending (Unlocked when a sandstorm almost destroyed Zhaofu)
Metalbending (Unlocked after using a meteorite their waterbending teacher gave them to practice waterbending moves but as metalbending due to how flood like it is)
Waterbending (Unlocked after the same people who destroyed his tribe killed his waterbending master)
