@Joker wx Yeah, I kinda hope too they take on that Sandbending concept. Our hero starting from the very bottom and eventually making it to the very top. An actual hero's journey.

I imagine the female Airbender would be deaf and could learn to master sound bending, as a parallel of sorts to Toph.

Possible. I imagine the tree that was used to imprison Vaatu would play a part as well.
My guess is that he might find the tree of which Vaatu is trapped in, meditate, look into himself, and tie back together the bond between the Vaatu and Raava that Wan took apart long ago. All Becoming One.

I would go with a 60s/70s aesthetic. Likely because I happen to be a fan of a lot of stuff from that period like Beatles, James Bond, and Pink Floyd
