I think Book 4 was ok, but not as good as Book 3. The big thing I am really disappointed about is the lack of Jinora and Kai. Jinora slowly build up as a main character over the past few books and suddenly: bam! She was back to a minor. Also, I think the writers know a lot of characters like Kai and want more of him but they only included him in ep 1. In fact, it wasn't only them, a whole lot of characters (Bumi, Kya) were left out of this book and the only ppl focused on in the finale were Korra, Kuvira, Su, Lin, Mako and Bolin. I wanted to see more of how the other characters were doing (Opal, Wei/Wing). If I had to rank book 4 i would honestly rank it as: 1: Book 3 (Best) 2: Book 2 3: Book 4 4: Book 1 (Worst)

Are u sure? Every time they say it is one hour it usually ends up being 48 minutes like with the finale and premier of almost every book.

They always either defending Republic City, listening to Korra's plan or on the mission, they don't have time. Maybe we will get to see one next week

Kai's role in Book 4

At this stage in the book, I have lost hope of Kai returning for something important in Book 4. I think Episode 9 will feature Kuvira/Toph and the spirit vines, not much time for Kai. From Episode 10 onwards it will probs be the finale or the buildup to the finale, which leaves no time for Kai unless he aids Team Avatar, which he hasn't (YET). He might get a scene or two in the finale like Ty Lee and Mai did at the end of the finale to ATLA. Do you think Kai will return for the remainder of this book or do you think he will be forgotten about? If you do think he will return, what do you think his role will be?

Jinora in Book 4

If you have watched all the current episodes of Book 4, you might notice Jinora has been absent from a large margin of this book, unlike Book 2 or 3. If you read her appearances, she has had more "No Line Episodes" than any of the other seasons added together. Do you think this will change or do you think she will be demoted back to a minor character like Book 1? Also, what do you think that scene of her in the trailer flying in the spirit wilds was?

not a bad idea. I think that the finale will be the final four episodes and they will continue from episode 7, episode 9 will just be Korra and the others finding out that Kuvira is disturbing the swamp

I think the only way is to get rid of the hallucination Korra is by having the real Korra beat her in a fight

Aang kind of returned in Book 1 to give Korra back her bending

Pretty sure we will see him in the episode 'Reunion' as they are returning to Republic City, which is where Kai is most likely to be.

Since we are on the last book I think the writers will wrap up all our questions about the old Team Avatar, including Suki, possibly Mai and Ty Lee. We already got Toph, who is to say Suki isn't next?
