Have you guys seen Gravity Falls? One non-canon episode went like this.
Stan welcomes a traveler. whose car broke down at night, into the Mystery Shack and warns them they’ll hear “Tales Designed to Sell My Merchandise!” Stan then tries to sell various spooky items, each tied to a bizarre story:
A disembodied hand – introduced through the tale “Hands Off.”
Waddles the pig, claimed to be magical – accompanied by the story "Abaconings.”
Haunted VHS tapes – featured in the story “Clay Day.”
After the traveler refuses to buy anything, Stan offers a free potion sample. The traveler drinks it, passes out, and wakes up trapped in a glass box as a new Mystery Shack exhibit labeled "The Cheapskate." In the credits, he’s seen playing (and losing) tic-tac-toe with Mabel, who keeps cheating.
How is this Avatar related? Well, originally, the traveler was going to be revealed to be M. Night Shyamalan! That’s right, the director of the horrible Last Airbender movie. I often joke that this was his punishment for making that movie, do you agree?
This was a very amazing anime-like show I have enjoyed. I remember watching little bit of id when I was little. Then in 2021, I decided to give it a second chance when it just popular in the 2020s (I think). And remember when this franchise wins the KCA. Nonetheless, great series! Thank you Michael Dante DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko!

I took this quiz to see what element I'd get and got Water
"Bravo, water bender! You're part of the Water Tribe crew, just like Katara and Sokka. Adaptable, community-oriented, and graceful like flowing water – you're the one who can navigate any situation with ease. Your empathy and compassion connect people, creating a tight-knit squad. Like the ebb and flow of the tides, embrace the rhythm of life. Your journey is all about fluidity and resilience, finding fulfillment in the ever-changing currents that shape your unique and epic path. You're basically the heart and soul of your tribe!"

Here’s mine: The film got me into ATLA enough as a kid to get me to watch the TV show. While I realized the film is actually really bad after watching the TV show, I’m glad it got me into the franchise.
I know, I know, how dare I bring up the movie that doesn’t exist, but I was recently talking to a friend who had seen it without seeing the show (they somehow liked it) and they were explaining how cool they thought firebending was. And that made me remember that it changed firebending, so that like the other elements, you had to bend what was in front of you, and couldn’t just expel Fire from yourself. This then immediately confused me, because how did the Fire Nation attack? One of the biggest reasons firebenders were able to attack quickly and keep control was because they didn’t need to have their element around them to bend. They could create it themselves. Without that ability, how could they ever have been able to take over? Not everywhere has fire, so they’d be useless in a lot of places. For example, the air temples. Or the water tribe. It wouldn’t work. Just another example of how The Last Airbender misunderstood the world building of the original show.
What version of Aang do you guys like better?
In "The Last Airbender" each bending corresponds to a Chinese kung fu (toph is using Mantis Fist), but in "The Legend of Korra", free fighting is gradually replacing traditional kung fu, I want to know who is still using traditional kung fu in "The Legend of Korra"?
Did Shyamalan base his movie off of The Boy In The Iceberg? I can't decide whether The Last Airbender or The Boy In The Iceberg is worse
