Since seeing Asami for the first time, I was lost in thought. She looks like she’s related to someone from the fire nation, but her eyes are waaaay to Green to be anything but Earth Kingdom. And when looking at Hiroshi, he also looked kind of fire nation. So I have theory. I think that Hiroshi Sato’s parents must have been from the fire nation, while his wife must have been of Earth nation ancestry. Thus making Asami look like she’s from the fire nation and Earth Kingdom. Do you agree with me?
Happy Father’s Day to all Farhers, Grandfathers and Godfathers!
Just like on Mother’s Day, to celebrate Father’s Day, who is your favorite Father in the Avatar Verse?

When Hiroshi Sato died, Asami was basically heartbroken. But all they did was ignore that and they instead moved on to Team Avatar getting into the giant mecha-suit. It’s supposed to be an emotional moment because he redeemed himself and he also sacrificed himself but instead they just move on to the next scene like it was something minor.
Hello everybody. My ship today is a canon ship that does not seem to have an official name yet.
This is this ship between Hiroshi Sato and his wife Yasuko. I'm not sure what the name for it is. Hiroshuko? Yasoshi?
It is unknown how Hiroshi and Yasuko first met. They eventually married and had a daughter named Asami. Six years after the birth of Asami, the Agni Kai Triad attacked the Sato Estate and killed Yasuko. Hiroshi was devastated and this caused him to develop a hatred towards benders and join the Equalists. He used Yasuko's death in an attempt to get Asami to join the cause but she pointed out that this isn't what she would have wanted and that he was so twisted by his hatred that he had forgotten his love for her.
I obviously support Hiroshuko because we would not have Asami without them. It's just sad that Hiroshi was blinded by hatred in the end. I do agree with Asami that Yasuko would not want to see Hiroshi this full of hatred and the violent acts he had committed. However, I do think that they truly loved each other and were happy together before Yasuko's death. They look happy in their family photo. It's just tragic that this happened to them. It reminds me of Sokka and Katara's mother.
I welcome all opinions on Hiroshuko as well as other pairings involving Hiroshi and Yasuko but please do keep comments constructive.

This may be a bit wild but I just had a brain wave as Satoru has the word Sato in his name.
Theory: Satoru could have been involved with an anti-bending movement but was thwarted so he had to hide. He started a new life by the name ___ Sato and had a child named Hiroshi Sato.
