A powerfull spirit maybe, as Raava or Vaatu.

Like Avatars, Kyoshi, Roku, Aang and even Korra can beat him Surely he's not more powerful than the four most powerful Avatars combined

Maybe a powerful spirit but even then nothing in avatar has done anything on Bill level like none of the characters in gravity falls coild defeat him they always had to resort to tricking him.

Considering how Bill Cypher was defeated, and also his powers, which probably surpass the strongest spirits, I don't think anyone from Avatar could have done it unless they invented some kind of memory-erasing device.

@STARWARFAN1 as much as I want to believe it, the reality is he could literally turn them into paper in an instant. he could make it so they were never born, strip their skin with a thought.

Even if they were to collectively beat him up, he can just regenerate perfectly. its hinted that he can offer up galaxies (lets take away his limiter that was in the show) like they were a present and take a bite out of the world like an apple.

@DANNY PHANTOM1010 I legit cannot think of any spirit who can beat him. Both raava and vaatu have been defeated by just being hit hard with physical things and trapped inside of physical things.

Bill can teleport, manipulate all matter (including the elements) manipulate time, has the ability to know what someone is thinking. Also he has the power over the metaphysical beings he brought with him, suggesting he could manipulate spirits.

Yeah like raava and vaatu aren't the powerhouses people think they are like bending and spirits in general are impressive within the avatar universe but outside of it besides powerful people like avatars, amon, bumi, toph, katara bending really wouldn't be that impressive in DC or marvel.

Like maybe korra could do the spirit purifying thing but that takes too long and Bill would kill her before she could get that far.

@DANNY PHANTOM1010 gets me upset kinda. While I like the concept of raava and vaatu, what can they do? it would have been cool if they actually used some spirit powers like we see from heibai or old iron. Considering they're like the most powerful spirits

Honestly on their own raava and vaatu but mainly raava doesn't really have good feats outside of being merged with the avatar. But I agree with you

@STARWARFAN1 Sure the avatars are powerful but cipher is very difficult to defeat via physical force I mean bill has full control over time and space like bill could legit destroy their dimension since the gravity falls effect isn't applied in this universe allowing him to easily wipe the avatars out. Remember the moment when bill showed what he could do to the universe if the gravity falls effect disappeared.
