I think that the blood bender would be able to move the blood. For example, it would be water bending just with red water from the human body. I hope that makes scene!?

I mean yeah its bloodbending so they can bend it anyway they want. Honestly if avatar wasn't a kids show I'm sure we'd see people literally rip blood out someone body

Then the person with the cut wound will be dead if they have to much blood bent out of their body.
