But you can't really manipulate temperatures as temperature at the molecular level is just the movement of the individual molecules of a substance. To be able to temperature/heat bend would mean you would have t o be able to bend every single atom and molecule ever possible

@Phantom Claws and technically, Bolin could cool his lava and harden it, which is basically manipulating the temperature of the lava and dropping it significantly, so I mean it does already exist for lavabenders😭

Benders don't deal with molecules or atoms. Those are too small. It's more about the macro rather than the micro. Except with forms like Blood or Metal of course.

@Midj18 All I'm saying is that there are certain established rules, like being able to bend only one element and it being out of the 4, so we stick to that.
