I chose mako in terms of legacy and what he did for the character as Baldwin himself based many things in his time voicing Iroh off of mako's original structure. But i think carrying through Mako's legacy and bringing the Iroh character to the fruition as he did, while being an actually great VA following in Mako's footsteps, Baldwin should not be frowned upon whatsoever either. Just because he succeeded Mako and was the "2nd VA" does not mean he was worse in anyway.

There both great but I'm gonna have to go with mako RIP.

Baldwins version on th other is so good it almost sounds like makos

from what I recall of the respective episodes, both voices seemed similar to each other; at least to me.

I actually don't know how Mako Iwamatsu and Greg Baldwin dubbed Iroh.

basically, the voice of ayrault that I heard was the voice of Dmitry Filimonov

Mako is better mainly because he’s the original, but Greg was able to fill the void Mako left pretty greatly, so that alone makes him great.
