Something that annoys me is the criticism of what happens after the Earth Queen dies. A lot of people say it's unrealistic that sudden rioting and looting and anarchy would occur. They say that it has never happened in actual history, because there is always someone to take over after a political figure dies. To that I say BS. First off, this has happened in actual history. Just look at the looting that took place at the Russian royal palace. It also should be mentioned that Ghazan literally broke a wall that separated the poor from the rich. People who are starving and have nothing get desperate. When you can finally take stuff, you do. Second off, The Earth Queen is clearly the only political power in Ba Sing Se. There is no Long Feng who can ascend the throne. Just a crappy Dai Li who all got taken out by the Red Lotus. I don't know where Wu is, but clearly not there to ascend. Anyway, so those who are trying to say its unrealistic are wrong and it bugs me.
