No. Aang is not nearly as powerful as Korra at energybending (or generally), and would not be able to bend it. He and Kuvira would be vaporized.

Korra was only able to unlock that part of her powers after reconnecting with Raava, who revealed that she could bend the energies of the spirit world with or without a physical body. Korra also had the advantage of performing energybending in the Tree of Time before. If Aang were given the opportunity to learn what Korra learned, I’m sure he’d have been able to replicate the feat, but we don’t know how much he knew about energybending before he died.

I don’t think it’s about power; the difference in power, or rather potential power, between Avatars whose lifetimes are close together is negligible.

While Korra may be explicitly better than aang in energy bending, it is important to note that Korra didn't know she could do that, just like aang didn't know he could take bending away. I believe if aang tried he would be able to but we must also note that Korra has much more experience and direct energy bending such as using an energy beam herself , bending energy in the spirit world, etc.

No korra is more proficient at energybending.
